DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Extractly we strive to deliver your goods to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Occasionally additional delivery charges may apply once an order has been completed. When this is the case, you will be informed and will have the chance to cancel the order with a full refund.
If the delivery charge seems too high for the product you have ordered, please contact us and we will see if there is a way to reduce the cost.
Lead times can vary for different items we supply. Please contact us if you require an accurate lead time or if an order is required urgently. We will always endeavour to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible.
For orders with many different items, the goods may arrive at different times as 'split deliveries'.
All deliveries must be signed for.
If you have a large order to place and would like to discuss delivery rates, please give us a call and we will endeavour to reduce the charge wherever possible.
